Actek-C provides complex of legal services for sites supporting:

     -   On-time agreement renewing, prolongation and alteration of lease contracts with landlords through
         the direct negotiations and site visiting;
     -   On-time solution on all types of claims and issues from landlord or local authorities;
     -   Holding the rates of the lowest possible rent price, while contract renewing;
     -   Accommodation of the contract conditions with Customer and landlords, during the process of prolongation;
     -   Conduction of negotiations with landlords and local authorities in case of site dismantling threat;
     -   Exerting of every effort for site saving;
     -   Filling in and updating of legal support application in Maximo program;
     -   Carrying on of official correspondence with landlords and any authorities on behalf of Customer;
     -   Maintenance and storage of legal documentation during the period of placement of the site;
     -   Representation of Customer’s interests in state or private authorities, courts, law enforcement bodies, etc.;
     -   Securing the legal foundation for GSM stations installation of mobile operator;
     -   Accordance of BS installation and exploitation to the existing legislative base;
     -   Certification of the lease contracts;
     -   Conclusion of lease contracts through the arbitration court;
     -   Claim-related work in dispute situations, and also in handling of the criminal cases.
