Energy Supply and Operation (ESO)

This department of Actek-C provides full spectrum of operations, aimed at on-time payment for electricity consumption
and delivery of all payment documents to the Customer. Department provides the following services:

      -   Collection and verification of Base Station power supply technical documents for the BS (Energy Supply Contracts).
      -   Fulfilment of contract conditions;
        -    Monthly visit of the base stations. Professional managers are working in this department who personally visits
             the obtained base stations, take counter readings, on-time reaction on any worstcase situations;
        -    Submit of electricity consumption reports to the energy supplying organizations;
        -    Submission of application for setting the electricity consumption limits.
        -    Avoidance of over limits;
        -    Control after electricity consumption seals integrity during each visit of site;
        -    Organization of temporary power supply for the base stations;
        -    Verification and delivery of payment documentations to the Customer’s office within 24 hours since it’s receiving;
        -    Filling in, monitoring and updating of Energy Supply Application in Maximo program.
        -    Organization of specific trainings in regional offices for the purpose of raising the level of employees skills.
