This department of Actek-C provides full spectrum of operations, needed for on-time payments organization
and collection of all payment documents. Among them are:

      -   Collection of all payment documents from lease contract counter parts;
      -   Collection of invoices, their verification and filling it in the Maximo data base and SAP program;
      -   Collection of tax-way bills, their verification and filling it in the Maximo data base;
      -   Collection of acts of provided services, their verification and filling it in the Maximo data base;
      -   On-time payment control;
      -   Preparation of reconciliation reports by SAP specialists, in case of disputes;
      -   Representation and Customer’s interests before landlords and tax inspectorate;
      -   Filling in, monitoring and updating of Financial Control Application in Maximo program.
