«ACTEK-C» company has more than 5 years of experience in the field of acquisition of sites for GSM base stations
installation. Our achievement for this period became acquisition of more than 3000 sites,
including acquisition of 500 land plots on lease basis.

Our company owns sufficient resources (personnel, regional representative offices, office technique) to effectively run
activities in this sphere on all the territory of Ukraine. We provide services in this field turn-key, i.e. starting from site search and selection according to Customer’s criteria and up to concluding of the lease contract for the site approved by Customer.

      -   Site search and selection according to Customer’s criteria
      -   Preparation of Site Acquisition Report
      -   Organization and assistance to Technical Site Survey (held by Network planning, Project and Construction department)
      -   Lead through of negotiations with site owners. Accommodation of contract terms and conditions.
        -   Providing of lease process for state and communal property
        -   Lease of land plots. Rezoning projects preparation. Topographical surveys
        -   Collection, verification and hand over to Customer of lessor’s statutory documents, site title documents
      -   Organization and provision of access to the site for maintenance works
